Personalized wishes from around the World will make your loved ones feel super special!

A wish can touch on so many positive aspects of human psychology and play a role in inducing happiness, love, purpose and resilience. It tells us something about what it means to be human. They frame for us our vision of what is important and give us meaning and purpose, as well as the little pleasures and comforts that ease and aide us in our enjoyment of life.

We are not always good at guessing what we want or what will make our loved ones happy. Ultimately our wishes connect us to one another. No matter where we are from, or where do we live, a small gesture of love can go a long way.

They help you get handwritten notes and personalized videos for your loved ones from all around the world. No physical contact, no deliveries, no cash payments. Stay home, stay safe and let them help you express your love.

We had a conversation with Aleena who is the founder of this idea and this is what she shared with the readers.

Please tell us about your background, family, and education.

I am 28 years old with a master’s in food & Nutrition from the University of Peshawar. Happily married raising two little beautiful girls. Yesss, they keep me super busy.

Tell us about customized wishes and how did you come with this idea?

We provide handwritten wish notes and short video messages from across the globe, and each note is collected personally from different people at different places. Well, it was my husband’s 30th birthday when I set my heart to do something exceptional. I did some research and came across this idea of handwritten notes. I started to collect them and after months of effort, I managed to gather a bunch of them. It was a tough job, but in the end, the effort was worth it, they left him stunned. Friends and family also loved the idea and took my help in making their days special.  Later that year I formally started it as a small business, and since then I am helping people make their moments special.

What are your short cuts to successfully handle frustration and success?

When frustrated, instead of beating myself up mentally over my frustration I do something enjoyable, read a book, watch my favorite show or grab coffee with friends. Also, hobbies that require close concentration are effective in dispelling frustration, sketching helps me with that.

Howard Schultz said, “Success is best when it’s shared” and I not only share it but relish it too with the people around me who have been there to support me during my peregrinations. Also, remembering my failures helps me a lot. They help me in both, being humble and excited.

What has been the most effective way of raising awareness of your business and getting new customers? What best motivates you?

I have started a Facebook page and the social media platforms helped me to grow. The influencers, bloggers and giveaways act as a catalyst and increase the reach. Also, the customer’s recommendations help others to develop trust.

Spreading happiness and helping others in making their moments special keeps me motivated. I feel proud of what I am doing.

How have your entrepreneurial motivations changed since you first started?

During the start, it was primarily self-actualization followed by earning something on my own. Since childhood, I wanted to earn, not loads of money, but just to earn rupees five and be proud of it. Now, I am in for the legacy and want to become the face of a brand that is there to make people cherish their moments and spread happiness. This is the need of the day, keeping in view the times we are going through.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

I would say perseverance is the prime ingredient to success. Put all your efforts and focus, on to what you are doing and when it comes to your entrepreneurial goals; be a sponge, absorb everything, listen to friends, family, and experts, encourage them to be honest with you, and ultimately their collective opinion could reflect your customers’ reactions.

To what do you attribute your success?

There are a couple of factors that stretch among every version of success, but being professional, determined, and honest are the ones that top the chart, but for me, the most important factor is my family and loved ones who believed in me and my dreams. Particularly my husband who has always been a great support.
